MiniTec’s timing belt conveyors feature a sturdy construction comprised of steel wire-reinforced polyurethane and can be ordered cut to size for your convenience and specific needs.

Our timing belt is fully compatible with all T45 pulley 28.0083/X and T90 pulley 28.0082/X systems, uses slides made with ball bearing LR12 28.0090, fastens to linear slides using the timing belt tensioner 28.0090, and is designed for use with belt drive 45 and belt drive 90.

The steel mesh reinforced toothed belt enables the conveyor system to carry very high loads. Time-consuming adjustment of the lane is reduced to a minimum, compared to a smooth belt. A version of the toothed belt conveyor suitable for use in clean rooms is available for particularly sophisticated and high-standard applications.
