This solution is the gateway to a new path, where everything that comes out of the printer is 100% customizable.
The great advantages of this technology are based on the precision achieved in drawing and production, the lowest cost of producing a single piece or a prototype, as well as the immediate customization capability.
Fluidotronica has a 3D printer available based on the Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) printing process. This is the most common and simplest method, which consists of an addition print where several 2D layers are printed on top of each other until a 3D model is formed. Filaments are used which are shaped to form the desired object.
The resolution of printed pieces will always depend on the thickness of each layer. The smaller the resolution, the less imperfections will be displayed on the final object.
