Chat bot on web page - IDI project.

Given the mandatory confinement in March 2020, resulting from the SARS-CoV-2 Pandemic, the need was identified to enhance a new form of interaction and contact with customers, thus developing a new communication channel to enhance sales, alternative to those existing until now.
The main objective in developing the chat bot involves enabling direct, quick and easy interactive contact between the customer and Fluidotronica's sales team when someone visits our website.
