MINITEC's new Flexible Roller Carrier System FRS is the perfect addition to different areas and promises efficient use, among other things, for Kanban systems. Following its claim “The Art of Simplicity”, MINITEC developed The NEW FRS focusing on ease of assembly and installation.

FRS - SUPPLEMENT FOR MINITEC SIMPLE AND INDIVIDUAL MODULES
Following MiniTec's claim “The Art of Simplicity”, the development of the new FRS was based on the principle of easy assembly. The profile 45 FRS can be equipped with different inserts without any tools.Due to the low installation height, the new FRS is perfectly perfect for mounting material feeders and Kanban systems.

NUMBER SELECTED COMPONENTS POSSIBILITIES OF COMBINATION
Due to the different roll geometries and the extensive range of accessories, the FRS can be used in various areas and promises an efficient use for Kanban systems.
Depending on the type, the load capacity of the roller elements ranges from 80 N to 150 N. The FRS can be used for inclined sections from 2°, depending on the material to be conveyed.

ONE BASIS, MISCELLANEOUS APPLICATIONS
The Profile 45 FRS fits perfectly into the groove geometry of the Profile 45 series and can easily be integrated into existing workplace systems and assembly lines. Due to the wide range of possible combinations, the FRS system can be used for a wide variety of applications. On request, the inserts can be supplied in different colours, which enables signal effects to be achieved in the application.
