FIPALIFT tube lifter Smart, the specialist in logistics handling processes, is often used for rapid relocation of light to medium weight loads. It is particularly suitable for palletising, picking of cartons and boxes and as such is extremely popular in the fields of warehousing and logistics Its ergonomic and attractively shaped controller allows for efficient and exertion-free work.

The particularly ergonomic FIPALIFT Smart, with a lifting force of up to 65 kg, is very frequently used for repositioning and picking of packages and boxes. However, the application range extends to cover all internal logistics processes.

The operator-friendly controller makes light work of rapid and smooth working.

The Smart is easily applied to any side and lifts the object. For precise placement, the lifting unit or the load can be easily turned by 360°.

Adapting for right-hand and left-hand use is easy:

Remove the trigger and reinsert it on the side appropriate for the user.

A wide range of options and accessories fitted in the factory allow us to configure the Basic versions to suit your need:
. Vacuum supply switches off automatically after an extended period of non-use. The time to switch-off of the vacuum pump is adjustable.
. Partial or complete execution of the metal parts in non-rusting stainless steel for use in food production or in corrosive environments
. Access to the full range of accessories for the FIPALIFT Basic by using the Basic-Smart adapter
. We have bellows vacuum cups made from silicone with stainless steel plates in our range for systems in direct contact with food products, and these comply with Regulation EU1935/2004 and the FDA

FIPALIFT meets Varioflex®

For our Smart we have extended the well-known Varioflex® bellows vacuum cups by two new sizes, Ø 110 mm and Ø 150 mm.

The cups, with two hardness zones, 30° Shore A at the sealing lip and 60° Shore A at the bellows body, have already been tried and tested over a long period in different sizes in the packaging industry. The low-wear PUR is particularly well suited for abrasive surfaces, such as cardboard and wood. The very soft and smooth sealing lip ensures secure handling, even if there are minor unevenness on the surface.

The specially designed guide roller, for the tube lifter diameter 100 mm, allows the Smart to be used in particularly low headroom situations, as the required lifting movement is partially deflected to the side. This reduces the minimum headroom required.
