Hardly any pick-and-place, handling or automation systems with vacuum cups are the same. With a large selection of vacuum pressure tubings, FIPA meets the numerous requirements for hosing vacuum systems.
The selection includes flexible vacuum/pressure tubings made of PUR that can be installed in small radii of curvature.
Transparent vacuum/pressure tubings made of fluororesin (PFA) are resistant to chemical substances and withstand the harmful influences of temperature and weather. They are preferred for use in the food, chemical and medical technology industries.
Vacuum/pressure tubings made of highly flexible, reinforced PVC score big with high abrasion resistance and, with smooth inner walls, can also serve as transport tubing.
Highly flexible hoses made of soft PVC are optimised for pressure applications. They endure oscillations, vibrations and frequent swivel movements. They are not suitable for vacuum feeds, however.
Spiral tubings made of PUR for vacuum and pressure applications allow you to achieve compact hosing for dynamically moving pressure and vacuum systems without mechanically burdening the connections – optimum for compressed air tools.
