Base ejectors.

FIPA basic ejectors, formerly called mini-ejectors, can be directly mounted to the vacuum cup or solenoid valve.
FIPA basic ejectors with ebbing blow-off are suited for highly dynamic robotic applications, such as delta robots for packaging technology. They establish the vacuum quickly and enable short gripping times and gentle depositing of the handled material.
The ebbing blow-off, also called the blow-off boost effect, is introduced with a blow-off pulse through a fast-switching micro valve integrated into the basic ejector. Initially, the blow-off flow is supported not only by the compressed air line, but also by the inflowing ambient air. As a result, the FIPA basic ejector with ebbing blow-off can shorten the cycle time and improve handling precision.
Due to their square design, FIPA EBO ejector boxes are especially suitable for central and decentral vacuum control with space-saving parallel connection.
The FIPA assortment includes EBA basic ejector models for direct connection to vacuum cups and solenoid valves.
EBO ejector boxes and EBA basic ejectors are available in models for handling suction-tight products (Index H in the product designation) and porous products (Index L).
Both series also feature models for handling suction-tight products while conserving compressed air; see Index P in the product designation.
FIPA developed miniature EBM basic ejectors for installation in cramped conditions. The demountable miniature silencer is fast to service, thus ensuring just short operational interruptions.
