Highly-efficient and process-safe: FIPA vacuum grippers and bag grippers are capable of handling individual workpieces or entire layers without the necessity to change the gripper heads and independent of the position of the workpiece. The vacuum generation is either integrated or provided externally by a side channel blower or vacuum pump for particularly air-permeable workpieces.

FIPA vacuum grippers with leakage reduction from the TL series are an efficient handling solution for dust-free processes. With the recommended minimum coverage of 80 percent, tilt and swivel movements up to 360° are possible. For the process-safe gripping of variable product geometries, the suction plates of the TG series are optimised with leakage reduction. Integrated flow resistors reduce leakage for suction cups without product contact and thus maintains the vacuum at an acceptable level.

The TG series bag gripper is specially designed for handling dimensionally unstable bags and shrink wrapping. Handling other bags is also possible with the vacuum cell fully covered.
