The modular RMS series is a workpiece carrier transfer system based on heavy-duty accumulation rollers, which ensures free circulation for assembly, testing and machining tasks.

It is possible to stow and buffer the workpiece carriers, even manual jobs can be easily integrated into the conveyor line. The carrier pallets have a standard width of 400 or 500 millimeters and are designed for a maximum load of 500 kilograms. The system ensures a smooth material flow and is typically used in production lines, assembly technology and factory automation. Among other things, the RMS roller conveyor system is used in the production of automotive components such as car seats or powertrain, the production of large household appliances and the materials handling infrastructure of a warehouse logistics system.
