Reliable and precise pick & place solutions are today a standard feature of automated production lines. MiniTec offers pick & place solutions for assembly automation based on a modular design. For this, we can draw on an extensive product range. Our multi-axle positioning systems have already been successfully implemented in many projects across a large number of different sectors.

What’s more, MiniTec has already realised many different product-specific special machines for the handling of workpieces: whether joining, classifying, sorting, aligning, welding, bonding or screwing – we plan and construct your materials handling and implement a turnkey solution tailored to your production line requirements.

The market trend is towards product individualisation. This gives rise to the demand for ever smaller batch sizes. Manufacturers need to be able to respond to this flexibly and cost-effectively. To meet such requirements, MiniTec has already designed assembly and test lines for one-piece-flow manufacture with numerous product variants. The assembly lines are based on the modular profile system, have multiple configuration options and come with effective electronic assembly support. One major advantage is ease of use: the assembly workstations are thought through to the last detail and require just a short familiarisation – while ensuring maximum quality control. They are therefore ideal for multi-shift operation or frequently changing operators with flexible staff deployment.

Image processing systems operate quickly and are contactless. The results they deliver permit evaluations with a high degree of reliability and availability and are increasingly used for quality assessment and control. They provide solutions for dimensional and geometric tests and visual inspection.

Typical applications are form and dimension tests, surface inspections and object detection, positioning, completeness checks, presence detection and distance control.

In the production processes of many industries, workpieces or components have to be checked for tightness after processing. MiniTec has already successfully designed and implemented numerous systems for different testing methods – whether operator-dependent or operator-independent. Leakage testing systems for exhaust systems, including marking station, and leakage test benches (water basins) with stations for further processing assist our customers with checking their products, enabling them to produce consistent quality.
