Segment feeder: one of our premium products. Silent feeding of sensitive fastening elements

In contrast to the step feeder or the bowl feeder the STÖGER segment feeder or conveyor is particularly quiet because it does not feed the fastening elements into the singling mechanism by vibration but by lifting and lowering two parallel blades. These blades “shovel” the fasteners into the singling mechanism. As the segment feeder works without vibration this method is less abrasive and thus particularly gentle on the surface material of sensitive or coated screws.
