When you opt for a feed unit from the ZSE range, you are choosing a robust all-rounder.

In addition to screws, it is possible to feed almost every fastener geometry, e.g. nuts, rivets, rings, clips, washers, covers, pins, sleeves, and much more besides. Using a micro-throwing technique, the fasteners are transported from the centre of the feeder bowl up the spiral right to the exit rail. Here, they are automatically sorted in the correct position and transported to the escapement, before being injected into the screwdriving unit through the feed tube. An integrated frequency control device adjusts the trans¬port speed of the fasteners to the screwdriving unit requirements.

All parts that come into contact with the fastener are produced from hardened tool steel for a long service life. Sophisticated details, such as a sorting chicane that is adjustable to the various screw batches, an optionally available contents level control system and an optional measuring device for position recognition or for checking the screw length, leave no wish unanswered.
