Delta robot, feed system and TO rotary table as a complete solution
A robot cell for handling microcomponents

Challenge
Asyril, based in Switzerland, develops and designs automation solutions for the fast handling of small and miniature components, in particular for the clock-making, precision engineering and microtechnology industries. To extend a trade fair model consisting of a delta robot and a feed system, the custom machine builder needed a component for easy connection to subsequent processes.

Solution
Asyril chose a WEISS TO 150 torque rotary indexing table to complete the system. The delta robot, feed system and rotary indexing table function as a complete solution for handling millimetre-sized particles. The main reason for this decision was the quick and easy set-up using WEISS Application Software and its good reputation in Switzerland. Furthermore, the TO 150 scores points with a positioning accuracy of 25 arcseconds, a cycle time of 0.3 seconds and user programmability.
